FY 2021 National Workshop and FY 2022 Budget Plan Preparation: Redesign of Digital-Ecosystem-Based Budgeting System for Budget Optimalization

UT’s National Workshop and Meeting or Rakernas Universitas Terbuka 2021, looked different as it was held amid Covid-19 Pandemic. This National Workshop and Meeting or Rakernas was attended by UT’s senior officials within the Indonesia Open University’s Headquarter, 39 Distance Learning Education Program Units – Universitas Terbuka (UPBJJ-UT), Overseas Students Management Center or Pusat Pengelolaan Mahasiswa Luar Negeri and 48 facilitators who were virtually present and taking part through Zoom Meeting platform. The participants of UT’s National Workshop and Meeting this year consist of approximately 228 attendees. Those present virtually are the Secretary General of Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud), Prof. Ainun Na’im, Ph.D. UT’s National Workshop and Meeting 2021 would last from the 4th to the 8th of March 2021. The event strictly followed the health protocols for Covid-19 prevention that obliged the participants to always wear face masks, wash and sanitize hands with soaps, as well as keep safe distance.

In his remarks, Prof. Ojat Darojat said that the UT’s 2021 National Workshop and Meeting is one of the serial events that implement its organization, in terms of both theories and practices, in line with its visions and missions relevant to both macro and micro environments that affect the resources we have and certainly, with quality planning. The event was officially opened by Prof. Ojat Darojat, M.Bus., Ph.D., as UT’s Rector.

Later on, UT’s Rector expressed his sincere gratitude to BTN for its collaboration which has been well maintained to date in the form of scholarship grants. This scholarship program is part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and presented symbolically by the Director of Distribution and Retail Funding, Mister Jasmin, together with the bank’s other top executives who also attended the event in the middle of UT’s 2021 National Workshop and Meeting programs.
